We are looking for an experienced **Butler (M/F)** to join the team of a prestigious private estate offering high-level services to its residents and guests, contributing to maintaining the excellence and refinement that characterize this exclusive setting.

The position is available immediately and is located in **Mougins (06)**. It is a full-time, permanent contract (CDI), non-residential.

Professional-level English is mandatory, along with an intermediate level of French.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the establishment and smooth running of private receptions and dinners.
- Ensure the maintenance and proper management of private spaces and events.
- Anticipate the needs and expectations of residents with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide impeccable table service at meals and events, with meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality.
- Organize and manage beverage stocks, including alcohol, wine and other consumables required for service.
- Work with all departments, especially the kitchen department, to meet specific customer needs and ensure that service standards and discretion are consistently met.
- Manage beverage and alcohol inventories, ensuring rigorous control of supplies, consumption and stock levels.
- Provide expertise in wine service and provide clients with recommendations on food and wine agreements, ensuring exceptional wine service.

**Requirements**:

- H/F.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with high-end service expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of drinks, spirits (mixology) and wines, with very desirable sommelier skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to anticipate the needs of clients and family members.
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to provide a highly personalized and discreet service.
- Knowledge of luxury etiquette and service protocols.
- English (oral and written) is essential, with very desirable French skills.

Work conditions
- Position title: Butler H/F.
- Vacancy: As soon as possible.
- Place of work: Mougins (06).
- Contract of employment: full-time, fixed term, 35 hours per week annualised.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, flexibility requested for weekends in high season.
- Net salary (before IR): €3,000 per month + 13th month + 90% insurance coverage by the employer.

Pay: 2,800.00€ - 3,000.00€ per month
