**Context**:

- At Skello, our brand is at the heart of our story. It's about crafting a strong identity and clear messages that leave a lasting impact. As our Social Media & Content Manager, you will be central to this mission, shaping how our brand is perceived, shared and discussed online.
- You’ll bring our brand positioning to life through creative and engaging social media content, ensuring it resonates with our audience and supports measurable business goals. Working closely with our creative and marketing teams, you will boost brand awareness and drive performance across various social channels.
- You will join a passionate, talented and multidisciplinary team, all excited about innovation and creativity, aiming to take our brand to the next level for millions of users across Europe.

**Missions**:

- ** Design and implement a social media plan** to strengthen brand awareness and increase engagement, ensuring adherence to platform-specific best practices.
- ** Produce high-quality, engaging content** (posts, videos, articles, etc.) across relevant social platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
- ** Stay updated on trends and seek innovative concepts** to enrich content strategy and explore new digital opportunities that can boost both visibility and measurable engagement.
- ** Work closely with Brand team** to align content with creative and brand objectives.
- ** Deeply understand customer needs and product challenges** by engaging with their daily routines to create relevant, solution-focused content that resonates and adds value.
- ** Acts as a brand ambassador** to strengthen brand presence, engagement, and influence key performance outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating strong skills in creating impactful content.
- A keen interest in B2B/B2C technology products and branding.
- Communication and presentation skills, able to communicate effectively and passionately defend your decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, pragmatic and entrepreneurial.
- English fluency required. French mandatory.
- Proficiency in another language is a plus.

**Process**:

- A 30/45 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan and answer any questions you may have.
- A 45 min video call with Aymeric - Head of Design, to be aligned on expectations on both sides and to talk about how you would work together.
- A case study to pitch at Skello to Aymeric - Head of Design & Brand, Eliott - VP Marketing and one member of our Brand team, to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working at Skello could be like.
- A 45 min onsite interview with Ariane - VP Product & Project.
- Onsite coffee with future team members to help you understand what working at Skello is like.
