Pharmacovigilance Trainer

ProductLife Group is looking for a **Case Management Trainer/ Activity Manager** to join our dynamic team to contribute to the activities performed in the Hub:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating training materials
- **Travel to Tunisia 1-2 weeks per month for face to face training of the team (new joiners and reinforcing training with existing team).**:

- Provide mentorship and ongoing support to the team
- Supporting smooth running of the project and direct communications with the client
- Client facing to maintain a good working relationship
- Oversight of the project managing the scope and ensuring all activities align with the project objective
- **Preparation of training documents in both English and French**

**Education and Experience**:

- BSc or equivalent in Life Science discipline
- Previous experience training teams essential.
- Delivering effective trainings to groups of people (in French and English).
- Demonstrable case management experience
- Pharmaceutical background - strong understanding of GVP, GCP, FDA and regulatory requirements related to drug safety.
- Deep knowledge of pharmacovigilance principles, adverse event reporting, causality assessment.
- Training delivery skills - design engaging training materials, facilitate effective classroom sessions and adapt teaching style to different learning needs
- Strong client communications
