**Description du poste de HR Sparring Partner**:
**Mission Principale**:
En tant que HR Sparring Partner chez FORTIL, vous serez un acteur clé dans l'accompagnement des leaders et des équipes dans leur développement et leur performance. Votre expertise en ressources humaines servira à conseiller, challenger et soutenir nos équipes dans leurs défis quotidiens.
**Responsabilités clés**:
- Accompagner et conseiller les managers dans la gestion de leurs équipes.
- Identifier les besoins de développement individuel et collectif, et proposer des solutions adéquates.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus RH et au développement de la culture d'entreprise.
- Faciliter les sessions de feedback et encourager une communication ouverte et constructive.
- Participer activement à la stratégie de gestion des talents, y compris le recrutement, le développement et la rétention.
**Profil recherché**:
- Diplôme en Ressources Humaines, Psychologie du travail ou équivalent.
- Expérience avérée en tant que HR Partner, avec une bonne compréhension des différents aspects des RH.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en français et en anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.
- Sens aigu de l'éthique, confidentialité et intégrité professionnelle.
- Esprit d'analyse et capacités à prendre des décisions éclairées.
