As a Growth Data Analyst within our Analytics org at Sorare, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our product and marketing teams through in-depth analysis, reporting, metric design, and testing and experimentation. You will work closely with cross-functional product and marketing teams to derive actionable insights from data, enabling data-driven decision-making to enhance user experience and drive business growth

**As a Growth Data Analyst at Sorare, you will**:

- Conduct thorough analysis of user acquisition, engagement, retention and conversion performance
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key insights to product and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with product teams to define and implement relevant KPIs
- Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize product features and user flows
- Provide recommendations based on experiment results to drive product improvements.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, growth managers and UX/UI designers to align data insights with product development goals. You will need to communicate findings in a clear and accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the data engineering team to optimize data models in dbt
- 4+ years of data analysis experience in a product-focused environment
- BA/BS in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related discipline
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
- Experience with A/B test design, implementation, and measurement
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Heap) is a plus
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills and the ability to convey complex findings in a clear and understandable way
- You are a team player who collaborates with empathy and respect
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
