Role Overview

We are hiring an off-cycle intern to join our Paris office, joining the Client Solutions team for a 6 month internship. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a leading Financial Services business in Paris.

Role Responsibilities:
- Promote TP ICAP- Provide complete support to the business for the smooth running of the desk- Assistance in administration tasks- Identify trade opportunities and calculate strategies- Provide input on various projects for brokers and traders- Provide trade details to brokers and traders on a daily basis- Monitor markets and follow financial news and developments- Fulfil additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business- Network and build relationships amongst not only the desk, but the wider business- Build an understanding of the various asset classes and products across TP ICAP

Experience / Competences:
Essential- Clear communication skills - confident but with humility- Good networking skills and emotional intelligence to build effective relationships- Strong work ethic with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and resilience- Drive and ambition to learn and thrive in this fast-paced, high energy business- Numerical strength, analytical thinking with an aptitude for technology- Commercial awareness and business acumen

Desired- Able to demonstrate a clear interest for a role in Financial Services and this area- Prior internship experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
