**About this opportunity**:
**Your work environment**:
Based in Saint-Ouen (Paris), the Trainee Transport Analyst under the supervision of the Transport & Warehousing Controller updates freight rates database & perform pre-billing analysis within European division.

**Your mission in Eviosys**

Within this internship following tasks may be proposed:
Update freight rates database
- Update rates according to buyers' information
- Corrections of obsolete carriers and equipment used
- Standardize postal codes and city names

Pre-billing analysis
- Daily monitoring of reporting errors
- Analysis of manual price changes by plant
- Search and correction of wrong distances

Other tasks
- Extraction of European fuel indexes (IRU)
- Occasional support to plant on the pre-billing tool
- Regular progress report of the internship and the objectives

During the internship, the student will develop Supply Chain Management skills with a focus on Transportation.

**Your profile**

**University degrees**
- MBA, Master or Degree in transportation, logistics, procurement
- Minimum 2 years university degree in accounting / finance controlling
- Graduate Business School

**Computer skills**

Power BI is a plus”, presentation software such as PowerPoint...)
- Knowledge in Transport Management System & SAP is a plus

**Foreign Languages**
- French (intermediate to good level)
- English (native to fluent)
- German and / or Spanish would be a plus

**Behavior Skills**

**Technical skills**
The applicant shall have a good knowledge of the transport environment (including transport regulation
fundamentals) and understand corporate accounting management.

**Personal Qualities**
The Trainee Transport Analyst is rigorous and shows strong interpersonal skills. He/she has the ability to adapt
to tools, procedures, working methods. Finally, he/she is reactive and must be curious and open to others.

**Duration**
- Duration ➔ 6 months (full time)
