L'équipe HelloWork Recruteur développe l'ATS et la CVThèque HelloWork, les outils incontournables des recruteurs.
Ces outils permettent à nos 50 000 recruteurs de:
En tant qu'Engineering Manager, tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec Vincent, Head of Product de l'équipe et ton rôle est de:
- ** Manager l’équipe technique de 15 personnes**:
- Faire progresser l'équipe individuellement et collectivement via du coaching et du mentoring ;
- Favoriser une culture de feedbacks réguliers et francs, notamment via des 1 on 1 réguliers ;
- Optimiser l'efficacité et le rythme de développement de l'équipe ;
- Créer un environnement favorisant la prise d'initiatives (fail-safe), l'autonomie, le sentiment d'appartenance et la performance ;
- Gérer la motivation et promouvoir la cohésion de l'équipe ;
- Définir les objectifs avec les membres de l'équipe, et évaluer les performances.
- ** Collaborer avec les équipes produits** pour aligner l'équipe avec les objectifs d'HelloWork et créer une vision commune ;
- ** Construire la vision technique et accompagner son déploiement, afin de respecter les objectifs et la roadmap produit** ;
- ** Recruter et onboarder les nouveaux coéquipiers** ;
- ** Contribuer et partager tes connaissances** à l’ensemble du groupe HelloWork notamment avec la communauté des Engineering Manager.

Profil recherché
Autodidacte ou Bac +5, nous recherchons avant tout un profil passionné, curieux et bon communicant.
Tu apporteras à l'équipe:
- Une expérience en tant qu'Engineering Manager et une passion pour faire progresser et guider les autres ;
- Une capacité à donner et à recevoir des feedbacks ;
- De l'enthousiasme pour atteindre un meilleur niveau de qualité et de rapidité ;
- Un background de contributeur individuel et une volonté d'aider l'équipe ;
- Une très bonne capacité de communication à l'oral et à l'écrit ;
- Une capacité à aligner les enjeux produits, techniques et business.
