Senior Backend Developer PHP

Reporting to a technical team lead, you will be working within a multiskilled feature team closely with product, design, front end developers and data engineers whose primary mission is to improve and maintain our powerful reporting feature which allows our customers to analyze how their users are interacting with their tests and personalizations.

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the backend core team on core architecture topics

- Paris / Nantes

**What you will do**:

- Participate in the team agile rituals and the conception, development and maintenance of new features from design to production.
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the core stack in collaboration primarily with the core backend team but also with front end developers and data engineers.
- Help our junior developers grow, and participate in code reviews to guarantee the maintainability of the code and coherence of the data.

**What we are looking for**:

- You have at least 4 years of experience as a Backend developer.
- You have senior level skills in PHP, Symfony, SQL, REST, tests, documentation, and data modeling.
- You are experienced in translating product needs to technical specifications and accurate costings.
- You have contributed to and maintained code in a production environment.
- You have a good level of English (spoken and written)
- You are careful, quality focused, and have a high attention to detail.
- You are passionate about data coherency and how it impacts our clients.
- You are proactive and autonomous in finding creative solutions to problems.
- You can communicate effectively with both the product team and other engineers across the stack.
