**What are we looking for?**:

- At least 3 years of experience as a product owner
- Previous experience managing complex projects in Agile mode
- Experience in Digital Service, Digital app., Digital Health and/or e-Commerce projects
- Strong understanding of digital environment
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams with external and internal actors
- Excellent communication skills in both English & French

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- Gather and consolidate needs, pain points and opportunities from various sources and stakeholders such as end-users, other product owner(s), data, markets, business owner(s), digital factory, consumer care
- Feed and review regularly priorities agreed with Business Owner in a validated and shared roadmap of the product development
- Define backlog items which reflect the roadmap, incl. user and business value defined by the Business Owner.
- Ensure KPIs and objectives are well measured to track new features delivered and build the roadmaps in an agile way
- In partnership with delivery teams, bring and animate all resources involved to build and deliver a maximized roadmap
- Connect regularly with other product roadmap to leverage the full value of the ecosystem to the end users
- Work with deployment and business care team to organize the technical and business deployment (integration) of the digital product in markets
- Feed the business care team to define the right model required to support the digital product developed (hypercare,)
- Supports Business Care Manager in analyzing market feedback to identify and prioritize performance improvement measures.
