**Position Summary**:

Here at XPO Logistics, a brilliant opportunity has arisen for Transport Despatch Administrator to join our existing team in Milton Keynes for our Mercedes contract, on a full time, permanent basis. Working Monday to Friday 14:30-23:00pm. The role will involve a wide range of transport operational responsibilities and will be required to complete various tasks.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £25,500 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Despatch all drivers, recording details of vehicle etc.
- All associated transport related administrative tasksTo build and maintain a strong partnership with the transport functions and drivers to ensure regular communication is delivered.

**What you need to succeed at XPO**:

- Being proactive in identifying and resolving any potential issues before they occur.
- Proven experience within an administration capacity
- Demonstrate a “can do” attitude with the drive to promote a positive culture to achieve the best out of your team
- IT literacy and numerical understanding essentialPrevious experience in using SHARP systems
