Our Paris based Transaction Advisory Group is lead by twelve highly experienced and established Managing Directors and Senior Directors. **Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with our Managing Directors in France and across the globe on business development activities including thought leadership, proposals, pitches and networking
- Support our Managing Directors to lead and develop the French Transaction Advisory team, including recruiting, training, and coaching team members
- Lead and deliver multiple Transaction Advisory engagements in France and internationally
- Work with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap private equity houses, corporate clients and financial institutions
- Use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to analysing the key drivers and valuation considerations that drive a transaction
- Work alongside operational/technical, commercial, tax and other due diligence professionals in integrated due diligence project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process
- Network with our service lines and work on external marketing events to build cross-service line relationships
- Be active in the external market, supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and developing new client relationships
- Contribute to the development of the wider team through the provision of formal and informal training

- Senior level experience (8+ years) in Transaction Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) at a Big 4 firm
- Strong academic record and experience providing Financial Due Diligence across a variety of sectors
- Well-developed stakeholder management skills including managing key client relationships and networking / business development
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Native or fluent French & English is essential. Additional language skills are highly advantageous
- Highly ambitious and motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset, deep functional knowledge and insight, a blend of operational and commercial skills and an entrepreneurial approach.
