- The CTA - SAP RISE has the following roles:
- Be a SAP RISE transformation lead within the country, accounts, and sales teams to ensure Kyndryl’s value proposition is leveraged for engagement wins and delivery execution
- Develop and manage proposals for SAP Professional Consulting services Services for Kyndryl clients. Provide presales support/messaging, strategy and guidance for SAP projects to trigger SAP RISE transformations & migration to S/4HANA and other technologies within the SAP offering suite (like BTP, Datasphere, Integration suite, SAP Build..).
- Define the requirements for services, SAP landscapes, SLAs inside the SAP RISE - S/4HANA PCE (private cloud edition) standard service catalog, to support the alignment of the correct Technical Managed Services (SAP Basis management & IaaS hyperscaler management)
- Support customer presales engagements and provide the architecture and implementation vision for S/4HANA & BTP Transformation projects, both on-premises and/or cloud-based.
- Ongoing identification, development, and presales engagement of business opportunities to grow across SAP project ecosystem in France, and base growth within key accounts.
- Plan and control of the implementation initiation of the designed SAP S/4HANA & SAP BTP solution in the delivery project team. Provide scope and change request management.
- Other responsibilities to include the following:

- Good knowledge of the SAP solution landscape including functional expertise.
- Capacity to help define, review and challenge a SAP solution license/subscription bill-of-materials, basing on the client business users requirements. SAP sizing.
- Knowledge of toolings accelerators for SAP transformations
- Define, structure and assess solution requirements for client engagements.
- Provide guidance of Kyndryl’s consulting portfolio with a focus on S/4HANA & BTP
- Collaboration of a customer roadmap for the SAP transformation
- Network of partners, 3rd party solutions, skills resources of SAP ecosystem

Who You Are
- Job Qualifications
- Required Technical and Professional Expertise- At least 7 years of professional experience in consulting with a focus on SAP or SAP S/4HANA Implementations. Experience in technical, data and functional areas of SAP S/4HANA migrations.
- This position requires applicants to demonstrate a proven track record of modern SAP transformation programs, partnering with clients to help shape their programs, taking responsibility for scope, driving change & client relationship management, cost and schedule.
- Understanding of ABAP code.
- Customer orientation as well as good analytical and conceptual skills
- SAP Project methods and best practices (Activate)
- Very good presentation and communication skills. Strong skills in English and French
- Ability to work in virtual or distributed teams around the world. Experience of Global Integrated Delivery, with near & off-shore teams.
- Team player who can train and supervise others.
- Ability to travel.
- Good to have Technical and Professional Experience- Knowledge of SAP infrastructure consulting and development is an advantage.
- Experience with at least one hyperscaler such as AWS, Azure, GCP (certification is a plus)
- Experience of SAP RISE - S/4HANA PCE standard delivery services
- Knowledge of SAP automation/DevOps. Practice of S/4HANA “clean core” approach
- Selective data migrations to S/4HANA concepts & toolings
- SAP Analytics Cloud integration and development, along with S/4HANA
- SAP BW to SAP Datasphere transformations
- SAP PI/PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite transformations, or Integration Suite implementations
- SAP BTP Low code / No code development. SAP Build extensions
- SAP Business Process analysis and mining (Signavio, Celonis..)
