The Franchise Operations Away From Home channel Director is responsible for working with our bottling partner to ensure we achieve our objectives in the Away from Home Channel as agreed in our local strategy. This means working hand in hand with our bottling partner to enable best-in-class execution, occasions & revenue growth strategies, best in class selling stories for new customer/renewal tenders. This role will also have the opportunity to lead cross-functional shopper initiatives that help to achieve our in-outlet objectives, in addition to working with our bottler on defining the annual Look of Success and channel plans for priority outlet environments.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for the development of our portfolio in the Away from Home Channel with end-to-end accountability of growing revenue, volume, share, and transactions.

**What You'll Do for Us**:

- Away from Home Channel end to end responsible for plans operationalization, cross functional alignment of plans with KO teams and the bottler, performance management, target setting and short/long term growth.
- Step-Up Execution, test and scale Coke System best practices
- Support the bottlers on new customers/renewal tenders with best-in-class selling stories leveraging the Global Coca-Cola Network & CCL teams
- Manages discretionary budgets
- Executes the Away from Home Channel commercial strategy and plans with franchise (bottling partners) owners for local market execution.
- Responsible for collaborating on the contingency plan to deliver Away from Home Channel annual business plan performance in channels to include revenue, volume, share, net outlets, SOVI (share of visual inventory), and pricing.
- Standardizes common approach to capability building based on bottler segmentation.
- Assesses local Bottler Away from Home Channel commercial capabilities against established commercial strategies and objectives using the core measures within the Global Commercial Leadership Diagnostic Analysis Model; identifying gaps and develops action plans to improve capabilities.
- Coordinates training/development enables more effective processes, scorecards and business routines to achieve the Away from Home Channel annual business plan.
- Works with franchise commercial manager to steward the planning process that is in place bi-monthly, ensuring all Away from Home Channel customer plans are included.
- Ensures development and implementation of customer and commercial leadership Away from Home Channel plans on overall brand / price / pack / channel plans and ensure inclusion of Revenue Growth Manager (RGM) strategies and programs to maximize revenue generation.
- Manages Away from Home Channel brand mix to maximize brand profitability and trade pricing according to brand / package contribution priorities.
- Ensures Away from Home Channel distribution capability efficiencies, outlet execution and expansion benchmarks and objectives are set and met through the execution of Bottler performance.
- Monitors Away from Home Channel market conditions and reports competitive activity to management, Bottler and local associates in order to understand program effectiveness and any implementation barriers.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Management with a master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ or more years in a CPG organization responsible for direct sales, key account, or franchise management with P&L responsibility.
- Experience as a Business Partner with direct Bottler or manufacturing experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
- Experience with annual business planning, forecasting, customer and distributor management.
- Demonstrated track record for delivering positive revenue results.
