**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for skilled **Business Analysts** to assist with the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple departments. They identify problems and opportunities within our clients’ structures and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business’ goals.

A Business Analyst at Taleo works on various projects:

- Digital / e-commerce
- Artificial Intelligence
- Real-time Application

**What will you do?**
- Communicate with the different **stakeholders** to understand their requirements
- Translate business requirements into detailed **business specifications **for IT
- Analyze the **impact** of required evolutions
- Perform **impact analysis** of new processes and determine the gaps between **_as-is_** and **_to-be_** **situations
- Design and document the **_to-be_** process**:

- Organize the **test strategy** **and follow up** the testing
- **Coordinate** and **communicate** with the different stakeholders
- Use **change management** and **deployment**:

- **Adapt** to our clients’ new work environments

**Required profile.**:

- You have proven experience in **Business Analysis**:

- You can meet project **deadlines** and provide **high-quality deliverables**:

- You are **polyvalent** and can **adapt** easily to quickly changing environments
- You are capable of **thinking out of the box** and maintaining a **pragmatic** **approach**:

- You have a University Degree or experience in the **Information Technologies fields**:

- You are fluent in **French** and **English**.
- Experiences in project management methodologies (Prince 2, PMI, Agile ) and tools (Balsamiq, Clarity, Jira, Azure, Enterprise Architect ) could be real assets
- Knowledge of the **Financial Sector**
