The company, profitable and self-financed since its creation 10 years ago, is mainly composed **of engineers and experts** and currently supports the growth of our **business model** based on "software-as-a-service" solutions You will join the **EVENTORI team**, made up of 15 people. **Eventori** is our solution dedicated to the sports and entertainment industry. We are building the next-gen all-in-one ticketing solution integrating access control, front office, CRM, resale platform and revenue management. Leveraging our expertise in machine learning, data visualisation, tech and yield management, we have the ambition to modernize ticketing and bring dynamic pricing in this industry. **Your missions**: As a **UI/UX Designer**, you will play a cross-functional role in improving the user experience on one of our solutions. Your main responsibilities will be as follows: - Redesign and improvement of user interfaces with the aim of making them more attractive, intuitive, and effective for our products - Collaborate with product teams and developers to design future features and ensure the technical feasibility of designs - Implementation of Design Systems dedicated to specific products - Continuously improve the user experience (UX) through iterations based on user tests and feedback - Occasionally, provide support in creating visuals and graphic elements to enhance Wiremind's physical and digital communication **Your profile**: - Interest in the transportation and/or events sector - At least one year of experience in UI/UX Design in a tech environment (ideally in B2B) - Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) - Skills in graphic design and aesthetic sense (colors, typography, layouts, etc.) - Good knowledge of responsive interface design principles and accessibility - Experience in creating interactive prototypes and wireframes - Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing - Ability to transform user needs into creative and intuitive solutions - Good understanding of technical constraints related to web and mobile development - Perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written **Our benefits**: By joining us, you will integrate: - A self-financed startup with a strong technical identity - Beautiful 700 m² offices in the heart of Paris (Bd Poissonnière) - Attractive remuneration indexed on performance - A caring and stimulating team that encourages skills development through initiative and autonomy - A learning environment with opportunities for evolution ‍ You will also benefit from: - Training on demand - A hybrid policy: 2 days of remote work per week and the possibility to work occasionally from abroad - A great company culture (monthly afterworks, regular meetings on technology and products, annual off-site seminars, team-building ) **Our Recruitment Process***: - An initial discussion with our **Talent Acquisition Manager** - An interview with the **Hiring Manager and the Senior UI/UX Designer** - A **technical test or case study** to be prepared - A last interview **at our offices** to discuss your technical test or case study and meet with members of the team
