Backed by investors like Bpifrance and supported by industry accelerators, we’re scaling up our game-changing technology—and we need **you** to help drive this growth **We’re Hiring: Process Engineers** As a **Process Engineer**, you'll be at the heart of our technology, working to design, develop, and optimise our CO₂ capture and conversion reactors. From advanced process simulations in ASPEN to the assembly of our industrial pilot, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our operations to an industrial level. **What You’ll Do**: - **Design & Optimise Processes**: - Use ASPEN to model performance (heat flow, chemical conversions, fluid dynamics). - Design and size key systems, including reactors, heat exchangers, and pumps. - **Heat Exchanger Management**: - Optimise thermal performance and energy efficiency of heat exchangers. - **Industrial Pilot Assembly**: - Lead the assembly and testing of our industrial pilot, working closely with engineering teams. - **Process Innovation**: - Identify and implement cost-saving measures and productivity improvements. - **Testing & Analysis**: - Conduct system tests and analyse data to validate improvements and optimise performance. **What You Bring**: - PhD/Degree in Process or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent). - 3+ years of experience in industrial process design, ideally within energy, thermal, or chemical sectors. - Proficiency in ASPEN and experience with thermal systems and industrial pilots. - Technical project management skills with a focus on precision. **Location**: Campus Air Liquide, Les Loges-en-Josas, France - **Competitive Salary** starting at €40K+ based on experience, plus bonuses. - **Benefits**: Flexible hours, remote work options, growth opportunities, and coverage for health insurance, transportation, and more. - **Impact**: Directly contribute to a technological solution addressing the climate crisis and help shape a carbon-neutral future. **Diversity and Inclusion** I am keen to have an initial discussion with anyone who feels this could potentially be of interest. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Status: Cadre Pay: 40,000.00€ - 60,000.00€ per year Work Location: In person
