Pigment has a remote flexible policy in which we offer 'in office', hybrid (up to 60% remote), and fully remote in exceptional circumstances. We have offices in Paris, London, and New York, are opening offices in Toronto and Denver.

**What you'll do**
This role will be part of the FP&A team and will be critical in contributing to the Company’s performance by providing insights and “optimal” business decisions to stakeholders.
**Planning & Forecasting**
- Take part in the end-to-end planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
- Evaluation of financial models and elaboration of investment cases that details the company’s operations and projects
- Prepare timely and accurate information and insights for the CFO & Exco
- Partner with the executive team to deliver in-depth financial analyses and develop fact-based recommendations to identify risks and opportunities areas for future growth
- Build strong working relationships with the business finance and finance ops teams to drive streamlined processes
- Proactively initiate FP&A transformation initiatives
**Reporting System**
- Participate in the reporting tool and process improvement by being a power user
- Control consistency, quality, and reliability of reported data to ensure a solid basis for decision
**Who you are
- 4/5 years of experience in strategic consulting, FP&A or Corporate Finance function
- M&A, Transaction Services experience is a plus
- Knowledge of reporting tool is required
- Excellent business judgement, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical & evaluation skills
- Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment
- Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
