As part of the development of our business, we are looking for a passionate and rigorous **Project Manager.** Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be at the heart of the management of EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Installation) maritime projects.** The main tasks will be as follows**:

- Assist customers in defining their requirements
- Responding to calls for tender
- Estimating the time and budget required
- Drawing up specifications
- Set up the organisation of the project team
- Establish internal/external requirements and schedules
- Assess the risks and challenges
- Select subcontractors
- Manage the project team; construction manager/project engineers/cost control/hse etc.
- Manage project engineering: detailed design and construction engineering
- Proactively manage workplace safety
- Reporting to management and clients
- Monitor financial planning/invoicing/ensure project profitability
- Deliver the project on time and to the quality level expected by the customer

**Education**: 5 years' higher education in project management

**Experience**: Minimum 10 years in managing maritime projects of the EPCI type

**Language skills**: Fluent English essential

**Soft skills**: Organisational skills, rigour, responsiveness, effective communication
