**Description du poste**

Nous recherchons un(e) **Responsable de Boutique** dynamique et rigoureux(se) pour rejoindre notre équipe. Passionné(e) par le design d’intérieur, vous serez en charge de la gestion des opérations quotidiennes et de la satisfaction client à travers des conseils personnalisés. Vous contribuerez à l’esthétique et à la mise en valeur des collections présentées en boutique.

Responsabilités
- Gérer les opérations quotidiennes : gestion des stocks, planification des horaires et transactions financières.
- Offrir un service client haut de gamme en identifiant les besoins et en proposant des solutions personnalisées.
- Participer au merchandising et garantir une présentation optimale des espaces d'exposition.
- Coordonner avec les fournisseurs et assurer un niveau de stock optimal.
- Soutenir les activités promotionnelles, événements et campagnes marketing.
- Assurer la tenue de dossiers de ventes et de gestion, tout en veillant au respect des procédures internes.
- Veiller à la conformité aux standards de la marque et maintenir une culture de travail positive.

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme universitaire ou expérience significative en vente au détail, design d’intérieur ou gestion d’entreprise.
- **Maîtrise obligatoire de SketchUp.**:

- **Anglais courant indispensable.**:

- **Espagnol est un plus.**:

- Excellentes compétences en organisation, souci du détail et sens aigu de l’esthétique.
- Expérience (1 à 3 ans) dans la vente au détail de luxe, en galerie ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Solides compétences en communication et capacité à interagir avec une clientèle exigeante.
- Bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion retail et des logiciels bureautiques de base.
