This role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our Quality Assurance team by ensuring that packaging solutions meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. As a Packaging Quality Assurance professional, you will play a crucial role in upholding regulatory requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective packaging quality oversight.
Main Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments and audits of packaging materials and processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards governing packaging quality within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and logistics, to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the packaging lifecycle.
Identify, investigate, and resolve packaging-related quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as necessary.
Prepare and maintain packaging quality documentation, including specifications, protocols, and reports.
Participate in vendor evaluations and audits to ensure quality compliance from suppliers.
**Requirements**:
About You
**Experience**: Proven experience in packaging quality assurance within the pharmaceuticals, biotech, or related industries.
**Skills**: Strong understanding of packaging materials, regulations, and industry standards. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
**Languages**: Fluent in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
