Ready to join us? **About this opportunity** This position will be a valuable asset to the team by supporting the local marketing team in their efforts to grow the business and promote the company’s products and services through various events and marketing projects. As Associate Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in planning and executing various projects for the department, while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards. This includes but is not limited to, cross channel activities, channel support and events management. The role will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all events and campaigns align with the company's overall marketing strategy. **In this role, you will** - Support cross channel activities such as consumer, practice development, websites and internal tools such as, but not limited to, webstore and Teen Hub. - Provide operational support to the European marketing team as needed and ensure alignment with the company's overall marketing strategy - Support the marketing team in the planning and execution of various events for the company, including dental conventions, seminars, workshops, and other promotional events - Acts as a main point of contact between internal teams and external partners, including but not limited to Training Service providers Responsible for the event calendar and the daily management of the Event Management Tool (EMT) - creation and management of all campaigns, online events and post event survey management Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and setup/tear-down, - Assist in the creation and distribution of materials, in collaboration with the local and European marketing teams. - Plan and monitor budget closely - Raise PR/PO, track invoicing, contract and speaker management - Ensures compliance with ethical and legal standards **In this role, you’ll need ** - High School Diploma and/or equivalent University Bachelor’s Degree in Events, Marketing or Communication - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event planning and coordination and/or marketing - English and French mandatory - Strong organizational and project management skills, marketing acumen - Customer orientated mindset - Strong communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with local marketing teams and European marketing team - Strong knowledge of event planning and coordination best practices **Sound like a good fit?** Great Click the "Apply" link to let us know you are interested.
