Bring your knowledge and passion to SOPHiA GENETICS as our new **Digital Marketing Manager.**

Enjoy collaborating with colleagues internationally with our hybrid work arrangement, either connected to our offices in France (Biarritz) and Switzerland (Geneva) or remotely from a EU5 country.

**Your mission**

We have a bold mission and we need to have articulate, customer-focused marketing to enable it. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will take the lead in developing successful and long term digital marketing strategies promoting the SOPHiA GENETICS brand and build our global digital media into a demand engine.

**What you'll achieve
- Lead the redesign of our global corporate website, and in collaboration with content teams, create an articulate story & platform optimised for lead & demand generation
- Implement web marketing strategies including strategic landing pages and targeted campaigns
- Measure top of funnel metrics including heat mapping, PPC and SEO/Google Analytics, leading to a solid understanding of ROI, and the performance indicators for results throughout the sales funnel
- Own the backend infrastructure of our platforms, ensuring stability and quality of all workflows

**Requirements**:

- Proven exposure as a digital marketing leader with demonstrable experience in the design and implementation of web & digital strategies
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM and digital analytics.
- Working knowledge of CRM Tools (SFDC) with further experience in Pardot and WordPress Enterprise
- Direct exposure to international audiences from a global/international B2B organisation is critical. Industry experience within Healthcare or SaaS/Technology beneficial
- As we pioneer within new & innovative space, whilst continuing to scale-up and drive organisational maturity, a solutions focused mindset where you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves is absolutely critical
