**Description du poste**
To support our growth and the structuring of our 360° projects, we are recruiting a **360° Production Manager**, reporting to our **Event & Productions Department**.

You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects that combine **events, influencer marketing, and content creation**, in close collaboration with our internal teams. You will handle the production of complex and mainly **international**operations, ranging from stand design to European tours, influencer events, and live recordings.

**️ Key Responsibilities**Production & Multi-expertise Coordination**
- Oversee the full production of projects: events, tours, stands, influencer launches, live recordings, streaming...
- Supervise logistics, signage, scenography, audiovisuals, schedules, and necessary permits.
- Identify, select, and coordinate service providers (carpenters, printers, caterers, tech, recording ) in France and Europe.**Operational Leadership & Management**
- Lead project teams (directly or cross-functionally), ensuring smooth coordination with the Content Creation & Social Media teams.
- Provide a structured and operational vision for multi-stakeholder projects.
- Inspire internal teams towards a common goal: flawless execution.**Client Relations & Execution Quality**
- Be the main point of contact for the client on all production-related matters.
- Manage budgets, validate schedules, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Ensure your presence during key moments (setup, event, recording).

**Profil recherché**
- **7 to 10 years of experience** in event production, audiovisual, or brand content, with international projects.
- Mastery of technical aspects of event management (logistics, production, security, service providers ).
- Strong understanding of** social media formats, influencer marketing, live streaming, in collaboration with talents/influencers.**:

- **Natural leadership**, ability to engage teams, fluid coordination of creative, operational, and technical profiles, etc.
- **Fluent or native English**is essential: the majority of operations are international (mainly in Europe).
- A valid driver’s license is a plus (occasional on-site mobility).
