Facilities Specialist - EMEA

Reporting to the Global Workplace and Corporate Real Estate Manager functionally, with also local reporting to the Site Leader, the Facilities Manager, EMEA is to manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus or a portfolio of corporate offices and buildings across the EMEA region.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops and maintains positive relationships with Location Head and key stakeholders of the sites managed.
Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance works performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work. Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.
Ensure all visitors and employees are well-versed on EHS procedures
Ensure appropriate visitor management and site inductions
Responsible for asset registers, facilities inspections and reports.
Coordinates and manages moves, adds and change activities.
Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
Manages capital projects in line with global direction and local requirements. Prepares capital project and operating budget and variance reports.
Manages vendor relationships and trains vendors on work order and billing procedures. Responsible for generation of purchase requisition and facilitation of payment to vendors, ensure accuracy of cost center coding.
Provides relevant process and procedure training.
Conducts financial/business analysis including preparation of reports.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day FM operations
Supports the Global Workplace and Corporate Real Estate Manager in managing the EMEA serviced office portfolio on behalf of Maxeon corporate occupiers
Other duties may be assigned based on business requirements.

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum requirements
At least 5 - 8 years in an equivalent position with relevant working experience
At least 3 years’ experience in providing integrated facilities management services
Certified FM qualifications a plus.

**Languages**: Fluent in French and English. 3 rd language will be a plus
