Become a part of our international Operations team at one of our locations in Roissy CDG (Paris), France. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime as Senior Project Coordinator

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Operational Coordination & management of multimodal shipments & Turnkey Projects
- Supervise the loading and discharging cargo operation at port of loading or/and port of discharging as well as at jobsite/factories/workshops, etc.
- Conduct freight negotiations with carriers, haulers, freight handlers, deugro overseas offices and agents for all modes of transportation, to ensure price competitiveness and profitability
- Issuance/implementing SOPs and Follow-up, as well as preparing and leading kick-off meetings
- Continuous subcontractor management

**Your skills and experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar position & industry
- Able to read, interpret and analyse RFI, RFQ, SOPs, and Shipping documents in a timely and professional manner
- Able to coordinate several tasks with high organization skills (prioritize, plan, assist and control).
- Team-player, flexible, positive, self-motivated and able to work independently on own initiative
- Timely, structured and comprehensive reporting
- Customer and result (commercial) focused, detail oriented and organized
- Excellent communication skills, and fluent in English both spoken & written
