For our Outdoor & Recreation Division, to work on the iconic **Campingaz** brand, we are currently looking for a

**Regulatory Data Management Officer**

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB
- Manage regulatory data for all categories.
- Collect data required for national declaration in EMEA, transform the data into appropriate format to feed SAP or any national data management website.
- Check product data is correct and accurate by doing campaign of checking including product review, weight of each packaging components and analysis of raw material.
- Implement REA data management system for O&R EMEA.
- Manage Reach Excel database, ECHA declaration and SCIP declaration.
- Manage Electrical and Electronic Equipment Excel data base.
- Manage Wood Excel database.
- Manage substances impacting soft categories and manage Chemical Excel data base.
- Create bill of material for packaging, add material composition and understand component classification from national organisms.
- Communicate with Engineering, Marketing, Sourcing, Quality, Finance and Sales on all regulatory aspects falling under regulatory data management.
- Manage PS&C database in EMEA by centralising and managing global data collection for all markets in EMEA. Feed Windchill with PS&C reports and certificates.
- Participate to external audits requested by national organisms in EMEA

**Qualifications**
- General Engineering graduation or experimented Regulatory officer.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Safety & Compliance.
- Excellent understanding of norms, directives, regulations impacting consumer goods.
- Technical skills: packaging, chemistry, raw material, testing protocols, heavy metals, POPs, PAHs, Phthalates and plastics.
- Understand sustainable materials and circular economy.
- High skills of Excel files (pivot matrix), searches, sorting etc.
- International English
- French proficient.
- Organized, rigorous, highly autonomous, tenacious, strong leadership.
- Very high communication skill.
- Able to work in international environment and matrix organizations.
- Travel: 10~30 days per year
