**Description**

**R&D Financial Controller Drancy**

**Job Purpose**

Control and optimize the financial and operational performance of Drancy R&D

Contribute to the rollout of the R&D budget process (Budget and Forecast)

Follow up R&D capitalization

Follow up R&D investments (CAPEX)

Provide financial support to the CIR (Credit Impôt Recherche) and annual Audit

Report to site controller

Calculation of Rebilling

**Key Accountabilities & Key Activities**
- Follow and produce finance key performance indicators for R&D costs through monthly reporting (OPEX and CAPEX)
- Follow customer contributions (OTP) and issue invoices
- Prepare the internal invoices to the plant when production starts
- Compute hourly rate for R&D capitalization
- Supporting documentation for closing
- Be the contact point of auditors during yearly closing
- Make recommendations and analysis to support management decisions
- Collaborate with Corporate R&D controlling
- Compute the CIR grant amount in collaboration with Tax Department
- Collect documents for Tax Administration

**Key Professional Competencies**
- Knowledge of accounting norms, regulations and standards
- Finance culture: General culture of all areas of the finance function
- Knowledge of SAP
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Fluent English level

**Qualification & Experience**
- Bachelor/Master degree in Finance, Business School or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in finance control in an international / automotive company
