**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |**About the role**
We are in search of an **Facility & HQSE Manager** for our Head Quarter in Boulogne Billancourt.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor management
- Act as the main contact for building and facilities-related matters
- Manage workplace logistics: furniture, space planning, tech equipment, and mobility support
- Handle access badges and car fleet policies
- Administer the car fleet and liaise with the travel agency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (French and EU standards)
- Identify opportunities to improve workplace experience and efficiency
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |**About you**
**The ideal Facility & HQSE Manager**:
- 35 years of experience in office or workplace management
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Discreet, reliable, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable with occasional out-of-hours tasks
- Basic financial skills
- Experience with fleet management is a strong plus
- Familiarity with tools like Navan, Cleemy, or Lucca is a plus
