**YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT**:
**We are looking for our next [Project Management Officer apprentice as of September 1**st** 2025 at our AXA Headquarters**
**Location : 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.**

**Within**the AXA Foundation, you will join as Project Management Officer to the General Delegate.
**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
**What You’ll Do**
- Support the General delegate of the AXA Foundation in all his/her mission
- Prepare or coordinate briefings for all Governance bodies/meetings of the AXA Foundation and support good decision-making processes
- Prepare speeches for external interventions
- Animate teams’ life of the AXA Foundation
- Coordinate all AXA teams’ interaction with the general delegate
**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Who You Are**
- Good knowledge of the philanthropic sector
- Rigorous and well organized, structured and excellent writing and oral skills
- Creative and innovative in all missions with a daring and entrepreneurial philanthropic spirit
- Excellent Interpersonal soft skills and learning skills to ensure development of AXA Foundation’s footprint internally as well as externally
