**You will excel and thrive in this position if you are readyto actively carry out the following missions**:
Within the Test Factory, a team with around forty profiles (Test managers, Test leads, QA analysts, Automatic engineers, Coach), you will support its manager in the implementation of the overall test strategy. You will work closely with the business, product, and technical teams, participating in PI plannings and the various agile rituals that punctuate the projects in order to involve your teams upstream of the projects, until they are released into production.
- Supervise and manage a team made up of Test Leads and QA analysts: supervise, assign tasks, monitor performance, and promote skills development,
- Budget: estimate the testing load on the various projects for which the Test Factory is requested, propose a cost estimate, monitor the budget,
- Develop schedules: distribute the load, report alerts related to capacity,
- Design and communicate testing strategies with Test Leads,
- Report and track: identify project tracking metrics, establish boards, report issues, collaborate with development and product teams to resolve anomalies,
- Automate: identify and propose eligible tests to the automation team,
- Improve: with other test managers and the coach, propose improvements to the test process and contribute to the implementation of more effective quality assurance practices,
- Document: ensure documentation of testing activities and procedures.

You are above all a tester who has developed his leadership and analytical skills through experience. You particularly appreciate strategy and management. Au sein de la Test Factory, équipe forte d’une quarantaine de profils (Tests managers, Tests leads, QA analysts, Automaticiens, Coach), vous accompagnerez son responsable dans la mise en place de la stratégie globale de test. Vous travaillerez au plus près des équipes métier, produit et technique, en participant aux PI plannings et aux différents rituels agiles qui rythment les projets afin d’impliquer vos équipes en amont des projets, jusqu’à leur lise en production.
- Encadrer et gérer une équipe composée de Tests Leads et de QA analysts : superviser, attribuer les tâches, assurer le suivi des performances et favoriser le développement des compétences,
- Budgétiser : estimer la charge de test sur les différents projets pour lesquels la Test Factory est sollicitée, proposer un chiffrage, suivre le budget,
- Elaborer les plannings : répartir la charge, remonter les alertes l
