**Your work environment**

We are looking for a Laboratory Packaging Technologist to join our R&D lab. The Laboratory Packaging Technologist will support Eviosys’ customers and Operations by resolving technical support requests made to the laboratory.

He/she will carry out technical investigations: define the technical means to be implemented., analyse the results and make recommendations for improvement to internal and external stakeholders.

He/she will Organize, manage, and implement the technical means for which they are responsible. The position will report to the Lab Team Leader based in Saint-Ouen.

**Your mission in Eviosys**

Define the analysis program and ensure it to follow up on internal and external complaints and requests for technical support.

Investigate and provide expert technical advice.

Contribute to analyses in support of innovation programs, working with internal colleagues.

Write formal expert reports, defining technical recommendations, which are used internally but also sent to customers when needed. Comment results to the requester or to the client at the request of the CTS.

Ensure the improvement of measurement techniques and equipment by proposing alternative or replacement techniques, by testing and validating new equipment.

Recommend to the Sales Department the technical specification adapted to customer needs.

Ensure the regulatory compliance of the equipment for which they are responsible.

Responsible for processing support requests (analysis, testing, etc.)

Alert his hierarchy in the event of a significant risk for Eviosys activities/products.

Be proactive and implement technical and safety improvements.

**About you**

Knowledge of level III of French national education (BAC +2/3) or equivalent experience

Technical expertise on aspects of metal packaging and raw materials

Good verbal and written communication skills, meeting facilitation

Customer Service oriented (internal or external), able to explain and convey technical information.

Diagnosis and problem-solving methodology, analytical skills

Ability to work across functions.

Practical person with ability to work with mínimal supervision.

Sense of organization, rigor, and responsiveness

In-depth knowledge of office tools, especially spreadsheets

Knowledge of quality control and metrology

Good technical English and writing skills in English.

Knowledge of the safety/environment regulations applicable to his field
