Witco is looking for its new **Finance Leader**
Your role will encompass all finance aspects, from modeling to reporting, financial analysis, cash collection and optimization, invoicing and coordination with the G&A, Operations, Sales and Customer Success teams.
This position is at the crucible of all Witco’s departments and is key for the company’s further development and success.
Your missions will include the following:
- lead all **financial planning** **activities**, including the regular update and review of our business plan and cash flow forecasts,
- provide **insights and analysis** on key financial metrics that will help drive the company’s commercial decisions and prepare monthly reports to our investors,
- closely **manage and optimize cash flows**, through tools, automated processes and other appropriate actions,
- optimize our **invoicing and cash collection** processes,
- coordinate our **accounting processes** with our external accountants and statutory auditor,
- ensure a **smooth communication** with all managers and with the Sales and Customer Success teams.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience as a Transaction Services analyst in an accounting firm and/or as a VP of Finance/Finance Manager in a startup,
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail,
- Proven experience in financial modeling,
- Fluent in French and English. Proficiency in German is a plus.
