Process Engineer

**Your responsibilities**
- Improve or modify existing products, and study and design new products taking in to account internal and external requests
- Participate in product and process FMEAs and their updating
- Manage technical product developments in liaison with suppliers
- Design and implement tooling modifications
- Foresee and anticipate adaptations to be made to increase productivity while minimising operating costs for the company
- Provide ongoing training for production operators and technicians, and foster a continuous learning environment
- Participate in the deployment of the site's Environmental policy and help implement actions to improve environmental performance
- Comply with site safety rules, and report any dangerous situations or near misses through the correct channels

**Who we are looking for an individual with;**
- Knowledge of products, materials and their processing
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing and production equipment
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical journals and reports
- Ability to manage and coordinate technical projects and their implementation
- Technical English

**Ideally, you will also have**
- Evidence of strong team working capabilities
- The ability to communicate effectively in English, to listen and make suggestions
- Ability to clearly define problems, gather data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
