The Marketing Manager will **plan, execute, and evaluate marketing projects to support our activities in the DACH market and achieve sales goals**.

**Tasks**:

- Event Management: Plan and execute tradeshows, user meetings, VIP events, Online seminars, trainings and networking activities. Handle logistics, collaborate with sales teams, and develop promotional materials.
- Social Media Management: Manage the LinkedIn account for the DACH region includes designing creatives and producing content for the DACH events and seminars
- Sales Enablement: Partner with sales teams to provide marketing assets and align strategies, offering data-driven insights to enhance performance.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs for events and campaigns and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets for events and campaigns, ensuring efficient resource use and high-quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with global marketing teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

**The perfect match...**
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or business
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Bilingual in English & German
- Tech-savvy with experience in tools like Salesforce, Pardot, GoToWebinar, Canva and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and proactively
