VESI Accelerator Programme Recruit
As part of the VESI Accelerator Programme you will discover the organisation from multiple angles, through challenging projects, to develop a multipurpose profile within VESI, with close mentoring from high management along the process.
In this 2-year path:
- You will become familiar with VESI deliverable standards, governance methodology, and general knowledge on the ERPs developed by the Group in the PMO team
- Plan, prepare, and manage recurrent meetings with different stakeholders to ensure the ERP improvement follow-up
- Act as project manager for transversal projects within VESI teams
- Ensure the documentation, follow-up and governance of timely sensitive enhancements in ERPs
You will understand the core of the ERP deployment process as part of the Reorganisation team
- Discover SAP and develop your skills in the tool
- Work along your project team to implement SAP in different VINCI Energies companies in record time
You will finish your journey with a focused experience determined depending on your interests, company needs and mentoring. Possibilities are broad and may include international experience in one of our satellite offices, ERP related positions, functional teams, communication and IT infrastructure among others
Shape your future with the VESI Accelerator Programme
- Graduated from Business School, Engineering School, University (BAC+5 preferred but not required)
- Good proficiency in English and French
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Personal qualities: great interpersonal skills & sense of customer service, ability to progress, team spirit, ability to analyze and synthesize, organizational skills and a results-oriented culture
- High Affinity to innovative topics
- Previous experience on IT Projects is a plus
