Capago is an outsourcing company for the processing of Schengen visas on behalf of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It operates in 10 different countries: West Africa, South Africa and in the Middle East.

**Introduction**:
Capago must constantly recruit new people as part of its activities.

Recruitment is done for all Capago positions, from the Driver to the company's Managers.

You will directly report to the **Recruitment Manager** and **HRD**.

**Main missions (but not limited to)**:
As a Recruitment Officer, you will have to:

- Collect and validate the recruitment needs from each branch and each department of the company;
- Check and validate with HR Managers and future Managers, the contractual elements, remuneration and information from the job description;
- Create, validate, publish, and monitor job offers;
- Collect the profiles received;
- Organize and conduct job interviews;
- Check the references of the profiles;
- Create and send job offers for signature;
- Transmit the elements to the members of the team in charge of editing the contractual documents;
- Keep tracking tables up to date;
- Ensure that the regulatory aspects of the recruitment process comply with local legislation.

**More about you**:
As a Recruitment Officer you:

- have a Bachelor degree in HR or related field
- have **2 years experience minimum** as a Recruitment Officer
- **are fluent in French and English (non negotiable)**:

- have excellent listening and communication skills;
- work independently;
- are very well organised;
- are able to exercise critical thinking;
- are flexible- **Resume needs to be attached & submitted in English**.
