**About the Job**: Assist the Consumer Engagement Manager in all tasks related to Earned/Owned Media, CRM and Services/Event

LA MER marketing EMEA Team is looking for a Consumer Engagement assistant to support the team in accelerating on digital transformation, CRM, e-commerce & social strategy definition as well as providing support for implementation in the markets. The new joiner will be fully integrated to the team and will help us build our reporting and analytical capabilities to offer additional insights on performance and learnings to the markets, regional & global teams.

**About your responsibilities**:

- Monthly reporting of social networks owned and earned performance / adhoc analysis through our social listening tools
- Coordination with the markets on all consumer engagement related topics (media plans gathering, influencers strategies,)
- follow-up with the markets
- Support in the design of Consumer Engagement presentations, destined to the markets / regional teams
- Follow-up of markets PR activities - Competition analysis (social, in store,) / Best practices identification
- Support on Search best practices
