As part of a newly created position, your role as **Channel Manager** will involve structuring and developing a network of distributors on a global scale.
Based at the head office in Cesson-Sévigné and reporting to the company’s CEO, your role will be to develop solid relationships with our current and future distributors, ensuring their integration, training and ongoing support:
- After mapping our current distributors (around 50 internationally), you will ensure that they receive high-quality ongoing training (sales support tools and resources, such as presentations, technical documents and product demonstrations) to develop their skills. To do this, you will be able to draw on the technical skills of our marketing, sales and pre-sales teams. You will also be responsible for the smooth integration of any new distributors, ensuring that they receive training in our products.
- You will be responsible for evaluating the performance of our distributors and setting up a partnership level system (Silver, Gold and Platinum) based on their achievements.
- You will ensure regular and transparent communication with our distributors, responding to their requests and resolving any problems that may arise
- You will organise face-to-face training sessions for our distributors at key events: international trade fairs, company anniversaries and the annual J’SuisVert festival, etc.
Thanks to your expertise in international indirect sales and performance management, you will consolidate our presence on the global market and contribute to our growth.
Profile
- You are an energetic, organised and structured individual who enjoys working in the technology products sector
- You have a higher education qualification - such as a business school - and you have already worked with international distributors.
- You are pragmatic and operational, and you are perfectly autonomous in your assignments, in particular through your command of professional English.
- In addition to the skills required for the job, you are curious, keen to learn, to grow and to develop within a company that puts innovation, cooperation and enjoyment of work at the heart of its concerns.
Remuneration
- Fixed salary over 12 months (depending on profile) + variable salary
- Executive, working 218 days a year
