Lyreco is moving forward on a core office centralization project on Core Office Supplies (General Office, Tech, Print) that will strongly change the game in the way of working with our suppliers and with our subsidiaries in terms of category management and buying strategy. **Job Overview**

This professional supports the P&S team in supplier management, negotiation, and risk control. He/she leverages centralization, analyzes local conditions, and implements tools to improve purchasing conditions and manage contracts with Group suppliers.

**Detailed responsibilities for this role**
- **Supplier relationship leader**:

- Build dashboards and provide all the data to properly grade the suppliers, improve the back-end rebates (BEP), decrease the cost prices etc.
- Update and align 'ABCD' classification and criteria globally. Nb: in case of SRM, the role would oversee its implementation, evolution, control.
- **Negotiation leader**:

- Support the Group Product Managers (GPMs) with recurring or one-off negotiations.
- Support the Local teams during tenders
- OPTIM support to decrease the cost prices. Update the nego playbooks.
- Lead the nego trainings: Implementation, monitoring, reports
- Lead the disputes and collaborate with the stakeholders (legal, categories etc.)
- **Supplier agreements leader**:

- Update the BSA template, make the deadlines respected and monitor the supplier's economic and legal risk.
- Involve all the stakeholders in decisions and processes.
- Monitor the negotiations and signing progress.
- Support the GPMs with yearly negotiations.
- VLP lead: check the agreements and ensure the program brings value to both suppliers & Lyreco.
- Negotiate the BEP in coordination with GPMs.
- **Market intelligence leader**:

- Be the company's point of contact for market intelligence. Be aware of all strategic news and communicate it.
- End to end management all vendors (GfK, Nielsen, Mintec ): collection of the needs, control of the costs, validation of the invoices
- Provide a market update at the beginning of each quarter, to help stakeholders in their daily work (e.g. P&S team for negotiations).
- **Team management**:

- Manage and develop the team members.
- **Project management**:

- Contribute to any project linked to the development and transformation of the company.
