**2. Description of the department**
AXA IM Prime is the private assets one-stop platform of AXA IM, offering investments across private equity, infrastructure equity, private debt and hedge funds.

We offer diversified sources of private market returns through primaries, secondaries, co-investments, as well as NAV financing and GP minority stakes solutions.

Through partnerships with best-in-class fund managers, we tailor investment solutions for institutional investors and wealth managers that support long-term sustainable growth.
AXA IM Prime’s team of seasoned investment professionals has a long history of meeting AXA group’s ambitious investment targets whilst incorporating proactive ESG commitments and strict risk management criteria. AXA IM Prime oversees EUR30bn** of alternative assets, with EUR5bn** of commitments p.a. to further be deployed over the next 3 years.

**3. The main responsibilities of the role**
- Support the data team in analyzing and leveraging financial and operational data.
- Automate the collection and processing of unstructured documents (OCR on PDFs, LLM-based classification).
- Develop and optimize data pipelines (ETL) using Python and SQL.
- Enhance data analysis and visualization tools.
- Contribute to the exploration and implementation of Machine Learning and LLM models applied to business challenges.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and structuring for efficient use.

**4. Profile**
Education/Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree at a leading Engineering School or University, specializing in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Computer Science applied to Finance.
- Previous experience in Data Science, Data Analysis, or Automation is a plus.

Technical skills
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with data science libraries and frameworks (Pandas, NumPy is a plus).
- Experience with unstructured data processing (OCR, NLP, document classification) is a plus.
- Strong skills in Excel and data visualization tools.

- Fluent in English
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Proactive and autonomous, with a strong sense of initiative.
- eFront knowledge is a plus
