Proxy Product Owner

**THE ROLE**:
The PPO/BE intervenes in the context of the Customer Care Transformation Program.

This project is sponsored by the GEN Department and you participate either by a lead of a stream of the project, or by a punctual intervention on another streams of the project.

Under the responsibility of the Head of Telephony Project Manager, you have to build phone’s system implementation Roadmap.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**In alignment with Group objectives and Customer expectations**:
You write the business requirements of products considering Business needs and Customers expectations and system constraints. You make sure that the latter are in line with the strategy of the group and its subsidiaries. You constitute and manage your Product Backlog.

You follow and assist IT teams in the progress of the work when developing products or tools (Product backlog integrity, US Prioritization, Sprint planning,). You guaranty expected functionalities return on investment, clarification of stated requirements, coordination with other teams and verification of solutions with stakeholders pool - including agencies/regions and external partners.

You ensure functional validation (business acceptance tests and coordination with involved parties) of deliveries on products. You manage UAT phase by acting as tester and as coordinator of other testers.

You realize the functional support with change management and/or data quality teams and enable the reinforcement of the quality follow-up with the Agents. You proceed to the industrialization of the support of the products for which you are responsible. You define remediation requests for existing products and track them until they are implemented.

You participate to metrics definition of the Project in order to monitor Project’s adoption and telephony’s success.

You are engaged in the planning follow up of the Project and may be involved in the deployment plan.

**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
Master’s Degree

5+ minimum experience / 1 year experience in the marine or transportation sector

Ability to work in a team and in a multicultural and multi-projects context

Very good level of written and spoken English

Quality of communication and sense of customer/provider contact

Sense of organization and respect of deadlines

Good knowledge of Customer Service and Business process

Very good knowledge of Internal CMA CGM Processes (HO, Agencies and SSC procedures)

High Skills in Computer Tools (Teams, Excel, Qlik,) and Internal tools (Nova, Lara,..)

A project experience in Agile / SCRUM methodology would be a plus

Proven experience in developing Bot or Salesforce products would be a plus
