Permanent contract Bordeaux (33) Position Duties You will join a multidisciplinary team of more than 50 people and will be in charge of the management of a project. As a senior producer in our "indie environment", you will have to take initiatives to structure, channel, and improve what we have already put in place. Help us construct a solid production framework while respecting our DNA Your main responsibilities: - Keep track of deliverables and report progress internally. - Make communication easier within the team (manage the prod tracking tool to define / share / follow tasks between each other) and work with the team to structure the production pipeline. - Develop realistic schedules and report on the difficulties faced. - Host meetings and give good internal / external visibility of project progress. - Structure the validation steps of each milestone, including monitoring testing if necessary. - Participate in the evolution of production processes and be proactive to make the team efficient (coming with your own toolbox will always be appreciated ). - Be the guarantor of the allocation of resources, the burn rate of projects, and ensure regular reporting on financial aspects of the projects you're responsible for. - Listen to the team and help everyone to work in the best conditions. - Be an efficient interface between the client, your team and the top management - Obviously have good experience as a producer in the field of video games. - Have participated in the release of at least 2 video games on the market. - Bring your own background to management tools and be able to decline / adapt them to the needs of our studio. - Know how to analyze and solve problems. - Have excellent human relations skills and a good ability to negotiate. - Know how to communicate, supervise and collaborate with teams. - Video Game culture will be essential, paying particular attention to the indie space will help. - Speak fluent English. Additional Information The Package: - A full time long term contract, at 35 hours. - The opportunity to evolve and take responsibility - Honest compensation, based on your experience. Plus: - Collaborative content development : we are all involved in defining the project. - It is sometimes possible to go to events (Pax, GDC, etc.) and/or participate in one-off events (school relations, etc.) - Health Care insurance support at 50%. - Transportation title supported at 50%. - Luncheon vouchers supported at 50%. - All-you-can-eat coffee and Aspirin if needed.
