Le département Software basé au sud de Bordeaux recherche son/sa futur(e) **Team Manager Software H/F**

Le poste consiste à manager entre 2 et 3 équipes agiles.

**_Vos missions, si vous les acceptez :_**
- Manager les collaborateurs en assurant le suivi individuel et le développement des compétences,
- Manager la performance collective des équipes et développer la dynamique d’équipe,
- Contribuer à la diffusion de la stratégie de l'entreprise et l’utiliser pour expliciter le sens des activités quotidiennes des équipes,
- Garantir la mise en œuvre d'un environnement méthodologique Agile ; assurer une cohérence entre les pratiques de développement logiciel des différentes équipes en collaboration avec les autres teams leaders de l’organisation,
- Contribuer aux réflexions de la communauté de management sur l’évolution des pratiques managériales,
- Réaliser les activités transverses de management sa ligne R&D software : travail en pair, plan de formation, budget, recrutement

**Exigences**:
**_ Et vous ?_**

Formation Bac+5 type Ingénieur Informatique (ou équivalent),
- Expérience réussie d’au moins 7 ans dans le management d’une équipe de développement logicielle dans un contexte implémentant des méthodes agiles,
- Connaissance en développement logiciels, idéalement dans un environnement technique cloud,
- Bon communiquant avec un fort esprit d’équipe,
- Sensibilité aux problématiques de qualité et de satisfaction des clients.

Pour faire avancer les projets, vous n’hésitez pas à collaborer étroitement avec les différents acteurs impliqués
- (Product Owner, équipes de développement, marketing stratégique, support ). _Vous avez à cœur de favoriser l’échange ouvert, la confiance et l’épanouissement de vos collaborateurs. Vous êtes engagé(e) dans une démarche collaborative, transparente et bienveillante.
