Internship - Technology & Cost Analyst - Power Electronics

Yole Group is specialized in technology and cost analysis of semiconductor components and electronic systems. Yole Systemplus's purpose is to provide semiconductor industrial players with clear, exhaustive breakdowns of product manufacturing costs.
Our company proposes 6 months internships for Technology & Cost Analyst trainees to help us to further develop & support our Semiconductor Devices Department, more specificaly our **power devices** activity.
The core objective of those internships is to oversee the technology and industry insights from manufacturing trends and design of different semiconductor devices to estimate production cost.
**As a Technology & Cost Analyst Trainee, your main tasks will be to**:
- Interact with the laboratory analysts to follow the physical analysis of devices (chemical and mechanical opening, optical and SEM microscope inspection, cross-sections )
- Understand and describing manufacturing processes thanks to those structural and physical analyses
- Understand the impact of the manufacturing process flow to calculate production cost
- Understand and updating technical information on manufacturing processes and cost through survey, interviews and publication research
- Learn how to use internal costing tools to simulate the costs
**Domains in which we have opened positions : Power Device**
- Deep knowledge of semiconductors and interest for advanced semiconductor technology
- Excellent English speaking/writing is mandatory (minimum CECR - C1 / TOEIC 800)
- Good knowledge of Excel**Autonomous, rigorous with good analytical and synthetical skills**
