**Your mission, roles and responsibilities**:
Our **Group Industrial Department** is looking for an Intern - Industrial Project Management (M/F) in the **headquarters** of Faurecia, in Nanterre.

With the **Group Program Performance Director**, you will provide an active contribution to the accomplishment of all **Industrial Development activities of the Program**, be Involved in the approval of some Process Development and Launch activities

**The main Activities / Tasks are**:

- Develop program quality community to enable users to share experiences/Knowledge to help other users get value from the system
- Animate quality sponsors and energize the quality network
- Communicate the program events and share the experiences/Knowledge
- Define curriculum program trainings:

- Define the standard training content with the Operations/Program and Faurecia University (securisation product/process)
- Develop different support Method: Training workshops, Digital Learning / Virtual Learning

**Your profile and competencies to succeed**:

- Master’s degree in School of Engineering with Quality specialization, or Business School
- English required: daily professional use, French is a plus
- Agile with the digital tools (social network)
- Autonomous, initiative and sense of responsibility
