Order Coordinator

Responsabilités:

- Convert SAP quotations into sales orders
- Process orders for Cryo maintenance kits
- Processing orders for Prodigy maintenance kits
- Handle maintenance orders with a cool head
- Create SAP customer invoices
- Check closely that all the required documents are in place for each order
- Update the SFDC tool with the SAP order number and information on the documents required
- Working closely with the Front Office and the team of quotation specialists.
- Support for the same functions as those mentioned in the job description for other regions.
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of Bruker products.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor
- Professional experience : 3-5 years
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Creative thinker, ready to make decisions to achieve goals
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and oral) in French, German and English.
- Ability to deal with people at all levels.
