Company Description**Job Description**: Le pôle Altarea Solutions & Services accompagne les marques du groupe Altarea grâce à sa plateforme de services et à ses experts métiers dédiés. Cette porte d’entrée unique vise à apporter valeur ajoutée et satisfaction à nos clients et partenaires, tout au long de leur projet immobilier : accompagnement commercial, courtage en financement, gestion locative Rattaché(e) au Responsable Marketing, la personne travaillera au sein de l’équipe Marketing composée de 6 personnes et aura pour principales missions: - Création de contenus dédiés à la mise en avant des offres et services du Pôle (logos, plaquettes, flyers,.) - Contribuer à la conception de contenus pour alimenter la stratégie réseaux sociaux en lien avec l’équipe marketing. - Création d’assets statiques et déclinaison de formats. - Montage vidéo : production de vidéo type snacking content (Brut, Konbini,), animation interviews collaborateurs/clients, - Motion design : créer et délivrer des contenus animés. - Identifier et faire remonter les nouvelles tendances graphiques : benchmark, création de moodboards. **Qualifications**: De formation supérieure BAC +3/+4 arts graphiques, arts appliqués vous disposez d’une première expérience en stage/alternance en tant que graphic designer en entreprise ou via des projets en autodidacte. Vous êtes "innovant", "créatif " avec une connaissance approfondie des outils de création graphique et multimédia : Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, CANVA Votre curiosité vous permettra d'être apporteur d'idées nouvelles au sein de l'équipe. Vos connaissances sur AfterEffects et/ou Premiere pour la création des motions et votre intérêt pour la publicité, le branding, le web, les réseaux sociaux et les nouvelles technologies seront un plus pour réussir dans cette mission.
