**Mission description**:
We are currently looking for our **Part Field Operation Manager,** for our Toyota BU.

You will support parts supply and operations in CFAO territories to achieve the efficiency and profitability improvements of distributors / subsidiaries. You will enhance distributors/ subsidiary business development by maximizing distributor function to support sales, marketing and operation quality.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Analyse, communicate and discuss Distributor/ Subsidiary KPI performance with Management & RHQ, identify GAPS and action plans for improvement.
- Management of Inventory to ensure stock months target achievement by Distributors
- Lead time analysis and parameter settings in accordance with Lead Times improvement
- Leading Logistics Cost Reduction activities & ensure logistics costs reduction
- Leading the planning process of Toyota BU regional conferences *CRU, Kaizen Marathons*
- Standardise and manage areas of action for support visits, operation development and provide guidance before / after the trip
- Feedback, develop and communicate improvement plan to Distributors on areas of challenge as per PADA Award programs (Pan Africa Distributor Award)
- Initiate marketing activities and ensure implemented at distributors / subsidiaries according to Key Strategic activities
- Pre Visit and post visit reports and feedback to ensure are in accordance with the strategy
- Support Parts fundamental and Pro training functions as per Parts 21 programs
- Lead and support Distributor/ Subsidiary strategic pricing projects to ensure competitiveness in the market and presentation to Senior Management for possible implementation
- Support Dealers on DPOK program (Dealer Parts Operation Program), to ensure good coordination's between Parts & Service to achieve Customer Satisfaction
- Support and monitor distributors / subsidiaries with Spare Parts Network expansion projects and ensure action plan is executed
- Database management to increase Customer relationship and sales lead
- Segment marketing & identify Customers which present growth potential
- Ensure the value-add services to all distributors by close communications and supports (Genchi-Genbutsu - Traveling to Africa)
- Ensure proper management of Warehouse Activities for safe and efficient operation
- Periodic Review of Distributor action plans and discuss progress with MD's during support visits
- Conduct Succession planning to National Parts Manager and provide training to Parts Managers
- Training and development of Distributor staff to ensure upskilling and empowerment of staff

**Profile**:

- Qualification: Business Management / Supply Chain / Marketing Management
- 4 - 6 Years related experience
- Fluent in English & French
- Intermediate computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Parts management system
- Industry experience

You are customer oriented, risk manager, you like to work within a team, you are dynamic, autonomous and have excellent communication, you are an effective decision maker, detail oriented.
