**About the team**

Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is the primary Finance partner for Equativ’s business leaders. The team is composed of 1 FP&A Director, 3 Senior FP&A Analysts, 1 FP&A Analyst and 1 Finance Planning Systems Manager who strive to provide enterprise-wide planning, analysis and reporting. The team’s main mission is to provide visibility and counseling on the business not only to the executive team, but also to local business leaders. This is done through measuring and forecasting performance, reporting on the drivers for revenue and cost, and allocating budgets across the company in a fast-growing and complex environment. The team’s input is also required for all finance projects: M&A growth, product pricing and billing implementation, contracts renegotiation, etc.

**✏️ What you'll do**

Reporting to the Finance Planning Systems Manager, your mission will be to support the implementation of our EPM Anaplan, through the improvement of existing models and build of new use cases.

Anaplan is currently used for some of our main strategic financial & HR processes:

- Budget planning and quarterly reforecast incl. topline, OPEX and workforce planning
- Hiring plan management
- Variable compensation calculation & communication
- Infrastructure investment planning

With many more expected in the future

The missions include more specifically:

- Improve existing Anaplan models to adapt them to the company growth and needs evolutions
- Build new use cases from scratch: these can be both shorter or longer term projects depending on the scale
- Improve and create UX pages adapted to our end-users needs
- Provide technical support to end-users but also guide them through change management
- Work on automation topics beyond Anaplan: connection to other IS, Excel modelization, etc.
- Be proactive in proposing new projects, models improvements

**About you**
- Master’s degree
- Anaplan Model Builder Level 2 certification and Min. 1 year working with Anaplan as a Model Builder
- High proficiency in Excel / Gsheets is a must
- You have great communication skills as you will act as an internal consultant and need to understand the needs from end-users and support them through transformation
- Daily business is done in English: both written and spoken fluency is required
- You can demonstrate a creative mind to solve problems and suggest innovative solutions

- Basic knowledge of SQL, Workato, PowerQuery is a plus but not mandatory - we are here to help you grow
- Previous experience in FP&A, management consulting, sales operations or business analysis is a plus
